Today, NCX is launching the Natural Capital Scorecard.  For the first time, any landowner can track the performance of their natural capital portfolio. When you log in to your NCX account, you’ll see a new “Scorecard” on your dashboard that gives you a score for your land’s timber, carbon, and other natural capital assets:

Your property is scored from 0 (minimal) to 10 (maximum) for each natural capital asset.  A score of 10 represents the highest score in the US and may not be achievable on your particular property.  In the scorecard, your property’s current score is represented by a colored bar and its maximum potential is indicated by a dotted line.

Click on any score to learn how to increase it and explore opportunities to monetize your natural capital:

Your land represents great wealth in the form of natural capital and NCX can help you make informed and confident decisions about your natural capital portfolio.  Log in to your NCX account today to discover your Natural Capital Scorecard and stay tuned as we add many more scores over the coming months.
