Every landowner has different goals. Some want to simply generate steady income while maintaining control of their land. Others are focused on improving wildlife habitat, restoring forests, or preserving their land for future generations. No matter what your goals are, finding the right program can be challenging–especially when each one comes with different contract terms, financial considerations, and trade-offs.

That’s why we’ve introduced Program Comparison, a tool designed to help you weigh your options with insights tailored to your specific goals.

With Program Comparison, you can:

  • Select up to three programs and view them in a structured, side-by-side comparison.
  • See personalized pros and cons based on what matters most to you.
  • Review key details like potential earnings and contract length–all in one place.
  • Download your comparison as a PDF for easy reference or sharing.

For NCX Members: This feature is already available on your dashboard. Just visit the Programs page and use the “Compare Programs” toggle to start comparing.

For Non-Members: If you’re exploring programs, you’ll see the “Compare Programs” toggle at the top of the page. You can upgrade at any time to unlock full access and make the most of this feature.

Choosing the right program is a big decision, and we want to make it easier for you to find the best fit for your land. With Program Comparison, you can see your options clearly, understand the trade-offs, and make informed choices that align with your long-term goals.

Login to your NCX account today and click the “Programs” tab to explore your options with confidence.
