We at NCX love working with sustainability leaders to meet their climate goals. In a recent 2021 South Pole net zero survey of 200+ sustainability leaders, 45% of companies surveyed have already set a net zero target, with 59% indicating they have clear milestones of how to reach net zero. We know working towards these targets comes not only emission reduction, neutralization and comparison strategies, but also communicating efforts to internal teams and external stakeholders and responding and adapting to industry standards and trends.
In response to this, we are excited to announce the beta version of our new customer portal. This new product will give sustainability leaders one central location to get the information they need to understand the NCX program, communicate their offset investment to their networks, and access industry trends and information in a knowledge hub.
The goal of our new customer portal is exactly this – to make it easier for our customers to engage their stakeholders by creating a centralized location for customer tonnage and contract information, data and visualization about climate impact, and easy access to resources and collateral our customers can use to educate their networks about NCX carbon credits and the larger forest carbon ecosystem.
Our beta version of the customer portal includes:
- Access to our customer’s personalized Impact Dashboard (check out our program wide version here)
- Access to all relevant marketing, program and contract documents
- Easy access for our customers to reach out for help
As we build out this product in 2022, some of the features we are excited to add-on include: a personalized display summary of customer specific information including tonnage purchased, information about payment schedule and credit delivery process, the ability to submit orders directly through the portal, a link to a payment portal for invoices and sustainability reporting assets and guidance. In addition, we plan to build out extra features for our channel partners including a tracking system of the ecosystem of each channel partner.
